Our Values
We believe that government and the private sector have no authority to compel or extort medical decisions. We believe that government has no authority over the body. Bodily autonomy is a natural right.
We believe that government has a positive duty and a non-negotiable obligation to protect the person, whether pre-born or fully-born.
We believe that private property is an extension of the person. Government has a duty to protect it. The person has a natural right to defend it.
We believe that a person has right to peaceably live their life on all public space. Government may not infringe on the natural right to armed self-defense of a person on all public space in NC.
We believe that the State has no right to limit, suspend, or “prohibit the free exercise” of religious services by executive order for ANY reason.

Amend the Emergency Powers Act
- Governor must clearly explain the emergency, the powers needed, and the timeframe.
- A disaster emergency declaration under subsection (a) shall be in effect for no more than TWENTY-ONE (21) days, unless otherwise extended in whole or part by concurrent resolution of the General Assembly.
- Upon the expiration of a disaster emergency declaration, the Governor may not issue a new disaster emergency declaration based upon the same or substantially similar facts and circumstances without the passage of a concurrent resolution of the General Assembly expressly approving the new disaster emergency declaration.
